In your initial consultation, you will clarify the reason you have decided to undertake coaching. You will be given a chart to take away a prepare prior to your first coaching session which will enable you to set the goals for your coaching programme. Each coaching session will have a clear goal or goals (as defined by the client) which will move towards achieving the end goal or goals of the programme.
Sessions are very interactive with the emphasis very strongly on the fact that the client knows what needs to be done to achieve their goals, the coach is there to help them access the solutions. In addition to coaching sessions, clients may be set tasks between the sessions.
Commitment is absolutely essential to a successful coaching programme.
