After several years working internationally as a customer relationship, business management and operations manager, Donna gradually became aware of a need to do something more fulfilling. Voluntary redundancy gave Donna the ideal opportunity to explore her dream and Alternative Vitality was born. Donna retrained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Coach & Complementary Therapist and has never looked back.
Alternative Vitality is a one stop shop for your body & mind. All our therapists are fully certified, insured and trained to the highest standards. All our products are free from chemical nasties such as SLS, parabens, pthalates and petrochemicals. Alternative Vitality will continue to grow and develop and we look forward to sharing the journey with you.

Amin is with us every Wednesday from 10am to 5pm. He offers a range of natural health and wellness consultations, tests, supplements and education. He will carry out an initial free half hour consultation with you then having the option and choice to go on for further testing which can be hair analysis, food intolerances etc.

Return, Refund and Cancellation
- Alternative Vitality will accept and exchange returned items within 30 days of purchase. We will not exchange items which have been opened or used so please be sure to order correct product.
- Please contact Alternative Vitality on 01955 605184 or info@alternativevitality.co.uk to discuss return prior to posting - this will ensure no confusion or disappointment on either side. We will ask for reason for return and will give clear instructions for returning item.
- Our orders are usually processed within 12 hours of being purchased and often much more quickly, we do not therefore accept cancelled orders.
