At Alternative Vitality, we stock some of the finest natural and organic health and beauty products packed full of the most wonderful natural ingredients and free from chemicals. None of our products contain SLS, parabens or petrochemicals and the majority are from organic sources. All ingredients are listed with each product.

The Alternative Vitality Practice
Our practice benefits from two wonderful life coaches - Donna Booth, an experienced development manager and life coach and Donald MacNaughton, an internationally renowned life, business and sports coach. Donna also provides our relaxation therapy and stress management consultancy.
Our consultant medical herbalist is Sophia Lamb, the UK's first, second generation herbalist and director of New Health Horizons.
